Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is seeking an Employee Care Manager to join us in our mission to
Change the Way the World Ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Our services are distinguished by the caliber of our caregivers, the responsiveness of our staff and our expertise in Live-In care. We embrace a positive, balanced approach to aging centered on the evolving needs of older adults.As an Employee Care Manager, you would help to ensure the smooth ongoing scheduling of care for our clients. You would be primarily responsible for the scheduling, recruiting, hiring, training, and human resource management of our caregiving staff. In addition, you would have the ability to work directly with our clients to ensure their needs are met.
