This role is ideal for an educator passionate about STEAM, design thinking, and cultivating digital literacy in a 1:1 iPad environment.Curriculum & ToolsRobotics Platforms: VEX GO, VEX 123, VEX IQEdTech Tools: Sphero, drones, coding apps (block- and text-based)Technology Skills: Keyboarding, digital citizenship, basic AI concepts, app-based creationLearning Frameworks: Design Thinking, Project-Based Learning, STEAM integration You will alsoDesign and implement engaging robotics and technology lessons aligned with school-wide innovation goalsTeach foundational through advanced coding and robotics using VEX and Sphero platformsPromote digital citizenship and age-appropriate technology useGuide students through problem-solving, engineering, and collaborative design challengesOrganize and maintain Innovation Hub materials and technology toolsCollaborate with classroom teachers to create cross-curricular learning opportunitiesLead or support enrichment programs such as Robotics Club, AI/STEM exploration days, or Maker eventsStay current with trends in educational technology and innovation What We Are Looking ForBachelors degree in Education, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience teaching STEM, robotics, or technology in an elementary school setting preferredProficiency with platforms such as VEX Robotics, Sphero, iPads, drones, and introductory AI tools preferredKnowledge of coding tools such as Scratch Jr, Swift Playgrounds, and KodableStrong classroom management and a passion for inspiring curiosity and confidence in young learnersExcellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
