Elementary School Aide

• Arrive at Riverstone by 8:00am and work until 4:00pm during the school year.
  
• Assist with classroom learning engagements.
  
• Assist with preparing and implementing daily activities.
  
• Supervise children to ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to and that children are following established rules and behaving in a respectful and appropriate manner.
  
• Report any safety, or behavioral related issues to the Elementary School Director.
  
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment.
  
• Engage with children in a positive manner, including implementing appropriate guidance techniques in line with classroom expectations and Riverstone�s guiding principles.
  
• Supervise students both inside the classroom and outside.
  
• Engage with staff, parents, and community members in a positive manner.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

• Bachelor's Degree
  
• Ability to obtain Idaho Child Care license
  
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work well with and communicate with young children and parents
  
• Demonstrated success in working as a member of a team
  
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
  
• Able to lift 25-30 lbs.
  
• Able to walk, squat/kneel, sit on floor, see, hear, speak with children to ensure children�s health and safety.
  

• This position pay starts at $16
  
• This is a full-time, non-exempt position, working 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.
  
• The position will start immediately.
  
• This position is eligible for benefits.
