The Electrical Test Technician I conducts tests and completes data collection activities of power supplies, related equipment and component systems.


Are You Looking to:


  • Conduct tests of new components, assemblies and systems based on test criteria as established by policies and procedures or written test plans; maintains accurate records of test results and reports results to appropriate development and testing group
  • Conduct various performance tests, environmental stress screening of product in accordance with test criteria established by policies and procedures or written test plans and maintains accurate records of test results and reports results to production manager


Are You Ready to:


  • Ensure that the product meets the established specifications
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner following established safety rules, maintains a neat and clean work area, follows established tool and instrument control procedures, and reports any unsafe acts or conditions to his or her immediate supervisor


What You’ll Need:


  • Two-year technical degree in electrical engineering technology or 5 years of relevant experience in related technical field
  • Experience in testing processes; experience using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscope and fatigue analysis equipment; experience with test techniques related to electrical systems.
  • Experience with electronic test equipment.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, vision screen and background check
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident


Physical Requirements:


  • Maintain a stationary position for extended periods during the workday.
  • Must be able to transport items weighing up to 40 pounds occasionally.
