- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of field experience in residential and/or commercial service
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local code compliance
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Comfortable using technology (e.g., ServiceTitan or mobile dispatch apps)
