- Problem-solving electrical and PLC malfunction on production equipment
- Managing both emergency and routine maintenance
- Contributing to project installations and plant upgrades
- Implementing effective safety procedures and policies
- Maintaining an organized inventory of replacement parts
- Actively engage in plant safety programs and report progress
- Providing insights during daily operational meetings
- Apply effective communication skills across the board
- Analyze technical schematics, operating meters, and machinery
- Current Vermont Journeyman License required, Master�s preferred
- High School diploma; higher education is an advantage
- Capability to work extended or unusual hours when needed
- Skills in heavy industry electrical equipment essential
- Over two years of related maintenance experience
