This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Estimator located in South Bend, IN. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed estimates for electrical projects, implementing cost control measures, collaborating with electrical contractors, and supporting the electrical engineering team. Daily tasks include assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, preparing bids, and ensuring that project specifications are met.
- Experience in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control
- Background in Electrical Contracting and Electricity
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (Accubid) and applications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferredmar
- Previous experience in the construction or electrical industry is a plus
