Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and innovation in manufacturing environments? Our client is seeking a talented professional with 5-7 years of expertise in electrical and electronics engineering to join their team in Fort Smith, AR.
- Proven experience in manufacturing/assembly processes, including end-of-line testing
- Deep understanding of product/component-level FMEAs and industry standards (UL60335, NEC, IECC, Title 24, ASHRAE 90.1, AHRI 210/240, 340/360, 1340)
- Strong knowledge of communication networks and protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, KNX, Wifi, Bluetooth)
- Skilled in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, documentation control, and implementing engineering changes
- Familiar with control board design and software development
- Excellent organizational and project follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
