The E-commerce Sales & Service Professional assists the Web Team by exceeding sales expectations of the Day’s Jewelers website and becomes the primary point of contact for all order-related objectives, including fulfillment, shipment, special orders, repairs, and answering any customer questions as it relates to their orders, and ensures prompt, accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries across multiple communication methods.
