Position Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to lead and manage key online retail accounts, including Amazon 1P & 3P, Walmart.com, and other strategic marketplace partners. This individual will be responsible for driving profitable growth, managing advertising campaigns, optimizing pricing strategy, and overseeing full P&L accountability for assigned accounts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day operations and strategy for Amazon Vendor Central (1P), Seller Central (3P), Walmart.com, and additional marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow sales, improve profitability, and drive customer engagement across platforms.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin improvement.
  • Lead pricing strategy, MAP compliance, and promotional planning to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze online advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, Walmart Connect, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, sales, buy box ownership, and content health; make data-driven decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure accurate product listings, inventory availability, and seamless customer experience.
  • Lead negotiations and annual planning discussions with account representatives and retail partners.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends, platform changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns and SEO across all brand websites.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, with hands-on expertise in Amazon 1P & 3P and Walmart.com.
  • Strong experience with online advertising platforms, including Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect.
  • Proven track record of managing pricing strategy and improving account P&L performance.
  • Proficient with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar analytics and ad platforms.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
