Get on-track with a career at Trenz! We are seeking a bright, energetic ECommerce Customer Service Representative for a full-time, permanent position, working out of our Loganville office. The successful candidate will resolve customer inquires and perform Ecommerce clerical duties.
A candidate for this position must:
· 2 years Omni-Channel listing experience
Be a customer service advocate
· Type 50 words per minute
· Have great interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others
· Have experience in and be comfortable working with multiple ecommerce platforms
· Have a laser-focused attention to detail, and the ability to learn complex processes and systems.
· Be detail oriented and highly motivated
· Possess the ability to think outside the box
· Be comfortable making decisions and resolving issues with minimal rules
· Have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Be able to work extended hours as needed
· Be assertive and mature, with good people/communication skills.
· Have a flexible “can-do†attitude and be willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks
· Have a questioning, analytical personality that is always looking for a better way to do things.
· Be efficient, neat and well organized.
· Be looking for a full-time permanent position
Trenz is a large e-commerce retail company located in Loganville, Georgia. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google Express and have 4 websites. We are a 30+ person team and we provide an informal work-environment, but it is fast-paced and challenging. We are continuously stretching to figure out better ways to do business and grow as a company.
