As an E-commerce Assistant for our online store, you will be responsible for managing outgoing shipments at our retail store in Williston, Vermont. Your role will involve handling merchandise, processing orders, and utilizing computer software to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform online order picking, packing, and labeling tasks accurately and efficiently
- Operate RF scanners to track merchandise movements
- Ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately
- Utilize computer software to locate merchandise, request store transfers, and manage web orders
- Work with retail equipment including computers, dollies and ladders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist Receiver as needed
- Computer skills required including emailing, downloading/attaching PDF files, and multi-screen usage
- Professionally communicate to customers via email and phone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with Ecommerce Manager and store personnel
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, move boxes, and practice safe lifting skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 16 per week
