Well qualified candidates with have at least a year of host experience but we are willing to train the right person!
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Communicate wait times to guests and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Utilize POS systems, such as Toast POS, to manage guest orders when necessary.
