Dunkin’ in Mount Holly, NJ is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our store’s daily operations. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for someone with a strong background in food service or retail management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Manager, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, managing and training staff, creating and maintaining weekly shift schedules, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance. You will also oversee payroll processes, including timecard approvals and communication with payroll services to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time. Inventory control, vendor ordering, quality control, labor management, and adherence to health and safety standards are all key responsibilities in this role.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. You’ll be expected to maintain open, professional communication with team members, upper-level leadership, and customers while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and takes initiative to lead by example. Prior experience as a store manager or supervisor is required.
