We’re looking for a

Drone Operator & Lead Generation Partner who’s ready to travel, talk solar, and work with cutting-edge technology. If you’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-growing industry-this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate drones to measure rooftops and collect photo documentation
  
• Assess roof condition and site suitability for solar installation
  
• Create efficient daily routes and plan for airspace clearance if needed
  
• Travel throughout Southern Maine in a company vehicle
  
• Engage homeowners in conversation and generate qualified solar leads
  
• Upload data and photos to our project management system
  
• Communicate with internal teams and clients clearly and professionally
  

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to earn one)
  
• Experience with drones, photography, or aerial mapping
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Organized and able to follow standard operating procedures
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and data upload processes
  
• Clean driving record required
  
• Door-to-door outreach or lead generation experience is a strong plus
