On-Call Driver to safely transport our residents to appointments, outings, and events-while providing a friendly and supportive presence along the way.- This position will primarily drive residents to appointments using the company vehicle
- Provide back-up support for the community�s other On-Call bus driver
- Safely operate the community vehicle and assist residents in and out with care
- Attend appointments or outings with residents and ensure their comfort and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle
- Offer support in other areas like activities, dining, or front desk when needed
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism and compassion
- Have a valid driver�s license and clean driving record
- Are courteous, patient, and enjoy working with seniors
- Are reliable and flexible with availability
- Hold a CDL with passenger endorsement (preferred but not required)
