The

Dispatcher isresponsible for performing all tasks relative to specific position in a timely manner & meeting or exceeding supervisors communicated expectations. Coordinates/stages delivery schedule of all products. Assist in warehouse duties as required. Ensure completion of logs & tickets. Troubleshoots day to day delivery issues.

Education:

• High school diploma; community college or other degree preferred
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Geographic Familiarity of Maryland - DC - Northern Virginia area Understanding of medical terminology.
  
• State, OSHA, JCAHO regulations
  
• Knowledge of medical terminology & basic customer service principles.
  
• Computer literacy / MS Office Suite
  
• DME & IV product knowledge
  
• Ability to effectively and pro-actively manage multiple tasks, Use of good judgment
  
• Ability to establish appropriate priorities and anticipate untoward events and staffing needs
  
• Effectively communicate/interact with customers/personnel, excellent verbal & written communication skills
  
• Must demonstrate an exceptional maturity, willingness to maintain harmonious working relationships
  
• Must be self-motivated, responsible & maintain a cooperative attitude
  
• M Knowledge of demographic areas of service, ability to read maps ust be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  
• Ability to work independently or with a group/team, problem solve & make decisions as necessary
  

Work Experience:

• 1 year experience as a dispatcher or driver within the demographic areas of service, preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 15.86/hour - Maximum 26.23/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
