The Food Preparation Worker/Dishwasher plays a vital role in the kitchen, assisting chefs and cooks in preparing high-quality meals for our guests. This position is essential in maintaining the flow of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Take out trash and assist with kitchen cleanliness as needed
- Support kitchen staff with prep or restocking when requested
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
