Lafayette Club, located on the scenic shores of Lake Minnetonka, is hiring a

Full-Time Dishwasher to join our hardworking and close-knit Culinary Team. We’re seeking a dependable, team-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This is a vital behind-the-scenes role that supports the success of every dining experience at the Club

What You’ll Do:

As a Dishwasher at Lafayette Club, you’ll help ensure smooth back-of-house operations by:

• Cleaning and properly storing all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
  
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in dish rooms and storage areas
  
• Operating and maintaining dish machines safely and effectively
  
• Using cleaning chemicals responsibly (training and MSDS sheets provided)
  
• Managing trash and recycling removal, including proper use of compactors and balers
  
• Supporting daily and weekly cleaning of kitchen floors, storage rooms, and equipment
  
• Cleaning and rotating food recycling bins (�pig bucketsâ€)
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe loading dock area
  
• Completing nightly closing duties using a detailed checklist
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
  
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching
  
• Comfortable working with commercial dish machines, cleaning chemicals, and waste systems
  
• This is an active, physically demanding role in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Pay: $16 to $18 based on experience
