Overview:
The
Director of Solution Innovation Development will lead early research and development of new solutions for healthcare technology. The Director will hire, train, and lead a cross-functional team of BizOps, DataOps, AIOps, DevSecOps, & CloudOps engineers, and must be able to lead traditional full-stack solution development as well as AI development, and experimental vibe-coding and virtual agentic teams. The director will be tasked with building virtual agentic teams and deploying these teams with human experts to deliver enterprise-scale solutions to production.Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:* Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.Base compensation ranges from $180,000.00 to $200,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
