Directs the Quality Initiatives for the organization. Primary oversite of the facility-wide Patient Safety Program. Leadership role will direct others within the facility towards process improvement.
Qualifications:

Minimum Experience: Must have at least seven (7) years experience in Nursing with at least three (3) years as a Director/Manager. Prefer previous Director level experience.+
Certification/Licenses: Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required. Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) within one (1) year of hire date.Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
