What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead Sunday School, youth group, retreats, and family events
- Recruit and train volunteers, ensuring safe and effective ministry
- Support youth through mentoring and family integration initiatives
- Communicate through newsletters, social media, and outreach
- Manage budgets, records, and program evaluations
- Lead youth in worship and spiritual growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree in Youth Ministry or Christian Education preferred.
- Or related experience.
- Sunday morning availability
- Reports to Head of Staff
Compensation:
- Salary: $25,000-$28,000 (based on experience)
- 3 weeks vacation + 1 week study leave
- $1,000 professional allowance
