What You’ll Bring


  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Expertise across HR disciplines: employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to connect with teams and leaders across the territory.
