Description:
Direct, plan and manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management for multiple clinical specialties.
Partner daily with the Director of Revenue Integrity and the Director of Patient Engagement and staff to maximize Revenue Cycle efficiencies and reimbursement.
Develop recommendations for policies, procedures, and system improvements, and upon approval by EVP/CFO implement, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
In essence, the Director of Patient AR Services plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of a healthcare organization by optimizing revenue cycle management and maintaining regulatory compliance.
