Lead the Women’s Services department with a focus on excellence in maternal and neonatal care. Oversee compliance, quality, team leadership, and departmental strategy.
- Supervise and mentor L&D nursing staff
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
- Manage department budget and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hospital leadership
- Respond to emergencies with readiness and calm
- Education: BSN required
- License: Active California RN license
- Certifications: Current CPR
- Experience:
- 5+ years L&D clinical RN experience
- 2+ years in nursing leadership (Manager or Director level)
- Physically active role (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, walking)
- Exposure to infectious materials and high-stress scenarios
