• Leadership and Administration:
  
• + Provide visionary leadership to the nursing department, setting goals and strategies for achieving exceptional patient care.
  

+ Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

+ Manage and allocate nursing resources, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment procurement.

+ Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to drive organizational goals and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.

• Clinical Oversight:
  
• + Ensure that nursing staff deliver high-quality care and adhere to established standards and guidelines.
  

+ Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and nursing performance, making necessary improvements.

+ Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

+ Stay updated on advances in nursing practice and technology to facilitate evidence-based care.

• Staff Development:
  
• + Train and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  

+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure a competent and motivated nursing team.

+ Promote ongoing education and certification for nursing staff to maintain and enhance skills.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  
• + Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and licensure requirements.
  

+ Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and surveys, addressing any deficiencies promptly.

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

• Patient Advocacy and Communication:
  
• + Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  

+ Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information and support.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and transitions.

Pay: $120,000 - $130,000
