- Lead and supervise all field nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Conduct nursing assessments and reassessments for home care clients
- Ensure services are compliant with physician orders, Medicaid, and state regulations
- Review all skilled nursing notes weekly for accuracy and documentation standards
- Handle urgent care calls and staff scheduling issues as needed
- Facilitate quarterly in-service training for nursing staff
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Intake processes
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, physicians, and staff
- A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing (required)
- Experienced in clinical or home care leadership (preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Skilled in communication, documentation, and conflict resolution
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
