Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee resident care, and manage the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading residential case management and care delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations
- Coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and other providers
- Overseeing assessments and care planning
- Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and staff development
- Participating in on-call rotation

- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical and supervisory experience
- Associate degree or higher in nursing
- Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing preferred
