The
Director of Marketing is a leadership role responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This position will oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including digital campaigns, branding, lead generation, team management, and vendor coordination.You’ll work closely with executive leadership, sales agents, and outside vendors to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platform
- Lead marketing strategy development across all digital and traditional channels
- Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house and/or freelance)
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to support property marketing and listing promotions
- Optimize and manage the company website, CRM, and social media accounts
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present regular reports to leadership
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor contracts.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with local market trends, consumer behavior, and compliance standards
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing (real estate experience preferred)
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms)
- Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., KVCore, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot)
- Experience managing creative vendors (photographers, designers, videographers)
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
