Position Summary:
The HR/IT Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including hiring, onboarding, compliance, and staff support, while also managing IT systems and technology services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· . Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation
· . Maintain personnel records and manage compliance with employment laws and agency policies
· . Lead IT operations, support, and infrastructure including vendor management and project implementation
· . Provide internal support and training on HR and IT systems and processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
