Director of First Impressions-a friendly, reliable, and organized individual who will be the face and voice of our office. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys greeting people, staying organized, and being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism-helping everyone feel at ease as they walk through our doors.
- Answer and direct phone calls with a helpful and professional demeanor.
- Manage calendars and appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling for clients and team members.
- Support daily operations with clerical tasks like data entry, organizing documents, and basic office upkeep.
- Keep the reception area tidy, stocked, and ready to impress.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with small projects or tasks-pitching in where needed to keep the office flowing.
- Provide top-notch customer service, answering basic questions and pointing people in the right direction.
This role is 20 hours a week with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position. There is some flexibility in scheduling and all hours worked would fall during normal business hours (8-5 Mon-Fri…no weekends or evenings!)
- A natural people person with a friendly and professional demeanor
