The Director of Financial Aid oversees a staff of financial aid advisors who work to ensure students are properly funded, packaged, and prepared to start each term.

The Director of Financial Aid accomplishes this through:

• Overseeing all aspects of student funding
  
• Reviewing and following-up on student packaging by monitoring and tracking student financial aid packages
  
• Preparing graduating and exiting students
  
• Managing team performance
  
• Organizes and manages all required data entry and file maintenance in the Campus Vue, FAME, Direct Loan, Common Origination (COD) and Disbursement and NSLDS borrower data management systems.
  
• Experience and knowlege with Campus Vue and the NSLDS systems
  
• Ensures compliance with all state, accrediting and federal financial aid related regulations.
  
• Promptly and accurately reports any suspected instances of non-compliance, fraud or abuse to the Regional Director of Financial Aid or Vice President for Finance or Senior Vice President for Financial Aid and/or higher levels within the organization, as is needed to address and resolve any areas of non-compliance.
  
• Coordinates with all campus personnel and the Home Office to ensure accurate and timely disbursements and refunds of federal, state and agency funds are made to all students and that all instances of conflicting information are accurately and promptly resolved.
  

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
  
• At least 5 years of recent financial aid experience
  
• Prior leadership experience, preferrably in student financial aid
  
• Possess knowledge of current laws, regulations, and financing options relating to student financial aid

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
