We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. Duties


  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage the general ledger accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and IAS standards in all financial practices.
  • Lead revenue management initiatives to optimize income streams.
  • Develop and implement investment management strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
  • Prepare regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize financial software to streamline operations and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards such as ASC 606 and implement necessary adjustments.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management, technical accounting, budgeting, and investment management.
  • Familiarity with IAS, GAAP, regulatory reporting requirements, and general ledger accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
