KVC Health Systems is seeking a
Regional Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts that directly support children and families through KVC Kentucky’s life-changing programs. If you're passionate about making a difference and have a proven track record in corporate sponsorships and major gift fundraising, we want to hear from you.- Lead all fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and mid-level donors.
- Plan and execute 2-3 signature fundraising events annually.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Cultivate and steward donor relationships using proven moves management strategies.
- Represent KVC Kentucky with professionalism and passion at events and donor meetings.
- Bachelor�s degree from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of professional fundraising experience with demonstrated success in securing corporate sponsorships and major gifts.
- Familiarity with fundraising databases-experience with Raiser's Edge is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives is preferred.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver�s license and auto insurance
