HIU is looking for an engaged, dynamic, dedicated, and ambitious Director of Development to help guide our institution into a bright future. We seek an energetic team player to create and oversee the implementation of a strategic approach to fundraising locally, nationally, and internationally to meet the university’s financial goals, enhance the mission and vision of the university, expand our donor base, and serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

As is expected of all employees, provide backup support for the University’s major events (e.g., Graduation and Convocation) and general activities, as needed.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Adjusting or moving objects up to 25 pounds in all directions. Communicating with others to exchange information. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. Ability to drive.
