At HOPE Community Services, we believe every child and family deserves access to compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care. We are seeking a dynamic and mission-aligned Director of Children and Family Services to lead our multidisciplinary team serving children, youth, and families across community and school-based programs.
This position provides strategic oversight, clinical leadership, and hands-on support to a growing team of therapists, case managers, care coordinators, and peer specialists. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a heart for service, a commitment to trauma-informed care, and the ability to drive positive outcomes through thoughtful supervision and program development.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and daily support to staff delivering services to children, youth, and families
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align programs with agency-wide goals and community needs
- Ensure quality, compliance, and trauma-informed service delivery across all programs
- Manage program budgets, performance outcomes, and grant reporting
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, funders, and community stakeholders
- Model ethical decision-making, healthy boundaries, and a solution-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- Master�s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligible for licensure supervision in Oklahoma
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in a behavioral health setting
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and integrated services
- Passion for helping families thrive and a commitment to inclusive leadership
