dynamic architectural firm headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, with a strong focus on residential and mixed-use developments. Renowned for design innovation and technical excellence, they bring bold, urban spaces to life while maintaining a collaborative and forward-thinking culture. As they expand, they’re seeking a visionary Director of Architecture to lead design efforts and elevate their growing portfolio.- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects, from initial concept to final delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and project managers
- Oversee design development, construction documentation, and detailing
- Ensure efficient and accurate project delivery using Revit and other design tools
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and industry regulations
- Contribute to departmental planning, resource allocation, and process improvement
- Uphold design integrity and promote a culture of innovation and excellence
- Licensed Architect (preferred) or equivalent qualifications
- Extensive experience in residential and mixed-use architecture
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring architectural teams
- Advanced proficiency in Revit - hands-on and leadership-level use required
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, documentation, and coordination
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
