Belmont is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services for our children's services line in our Outpatient program. The Director of Clinical Services will ensure quality care topatients by developing, implementing and directing behavioral health treatment programs. Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
- Provide direction and oversight to staff members.
- Serve as a member of the facility leadership team.
- Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning and care coordination.
- Responsible for a limited caseload as needed.
- Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting treatment needs and request for service.
- Direct crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required.
- Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Four or more years� experience working with the population of the facility required.
- Two or more years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver's license, if required by the facility.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility.
