We are looking for a dedicated and committed
Direct Support Workers who are striving to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. Help individuals acquire and maintain skills to improve their daily-living, and socialization skills.- Provide In-Home and Community Based support to individuals
- Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and local community
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities
- Assist in toileting, dressing, and hygiene
- Administration of medication
- Cultivate safe and supportive relationships
- Be creative, organized, and efficient
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and bring fun to the job
- Working independently and with staff
- Must have a valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrationsinspection
- Must provide a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
