Part-Time Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team to help manage our online presence and support our marketing and communications efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and experienced in website management, digital content creation, social media strategy, and data analytics. You'll play a key role in increasing our digital presence, promoting events, and supporting internal and external communications. Ability to prioritize and work proactively to meet deadlines is a must.- Creating monthly newsletter and digital campaigns.
- Managing and updating our website (SEO, content, landing pages, etc.)
- Handling Google My Business listings and posts.
- Planning, creating, and monitoring social media content & ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedn).
- Tracking analytics and optimizing digital performance.
- Designing creative materials (flyers, invites, direct mail, etc.)
- Supporting internal promotions and employee communications.
- Promoting large events and assist with community marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in obtaining content from campus activities (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.)
- A 2 year degree in digital media, graphic design or related fields or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and web management a must.
- Strong design and writing skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with senior living a plus!
