We're looking for a full-time Development Project Coordinator to join our Real Estate and Development team to help us continue to bring Skin Pharm to cities across the country!

ABOUT THE JOB

As our Development Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with real estate market research and coordinating construction projects for our new clinics to help us bring our vision to life! You will work closely with our Director of Real Estate and Development and Project Manager, as well as brokers, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and our design team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(Including but not limited to)* Support the management of multiple real estate development projects from site selection through opening

• Oversee and track construction and design budgets internally
  
• Compile and design presentations using Google Slides, Canva, and InDesign
  
• Analyze real estate & market research data
  
• Interpret and implement the data into real estate pitch decks and internal presentations
  
• Assist in LOI and lease tracking across multiple phases to keep pipeline ahead of schedule
  
• Assist with contract management and documentation tracking
  
• Assist in communication with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and execution of project tasks
  
• Track and reconcile project expenses and invoice submissions
  
• Maintain and update project tracking spreadsheets and documentation libraries
  
• Assist in reviewing schedules, construction drawings, and vendor proposals
  
• Monitor construction progress and support issue resolution with internal and external teams
  
• Attend project meetings, take notes, and track follow-up items as needed
  

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient Development Project Coordinator who excels at leading complex building projects from start to finish. You work collaboratively with a team and enjoy coordinating and overseeing all aspects of real estate market research + construction from planning to scheduling to implementation.

You are a clear communicator, able to effectively convey project status and maintain project schedules to ensure everything is moving forward according to plan. You have experience bringing construction projects to successful completion.

QUALIFICATIONS* 1-2 years of experience in real estate development, construction project coordination, or a related field

• Familiarity with commercial construction practices is preferred
  
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codes
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, formatting) for financial models, budgeting, and project tracking
  
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  
• Experience supporting contract administration, vendor tracking, and managing project timelines
  
• Experience using Canva, Google Slides, or InDesign to compile polished presentations
  
• Competency in data analysis and visualization to support real estate and development storytelling
  
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, Gantt charts, or real estate development timelines
  
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• A collaborative, positive attitude - enjoys being part of a small, fast-paced team
  
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
