Designated Manager to lead and support our residential teams providing services to individuals with disabilities across the Twin Cities metro. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, high-quality service delivery, and strong team development. You’ll oversee multiple sites, guide Designated Coordinators and support staff, and help shape the future of our residential services.To qualify as a
Designated Manager, you must meet Minnesota Rule 245D requirements:+ BA in a related field + 1 year of direct support experience
+ AA in a related field + 2 years of direct support experience
+ Human services diploma + 3 years of direct support experience
+ 50+ hours of relevant training + 4 years of supervised direct support experience
