This is a critical role to ensure highest quality in our product offering, both pre and post sales. We work as a closed knit team in fast paced environment where everyone is expected to wear multiple hats. This requires deep diving into engineering theories one day and traveling to job sites the next with hands on diagnostics and debugging. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Successful candidate must be a people person to be able to work with various internal and external customers.
- Desing and develop HVAC products
- Work with various regulatory and industry organizations for testing and certifications
- Work with offshore engineering teams
- Work with sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, supply-chain and other departments
- Maintain quality logs and dashboard
- Analyze field issues for trends
- Develop short- and long-term solutions
- Generate reports for both internal and external customers
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar field required
- 2 to 5 years of working in the HVAC industry, manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries
- Bachelor�s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
- SolidWorks or similar CAD experience
- Team player

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
