Full-Time Treatment Plan Coordinator - Join Our Dental Team!
Location: 2727 St. Mary's Ave Hannibal, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Are you passionate about helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles? Do you enjoy guiding people through financial and treatment decisions with clarity and care? Hannibal Dental Group is looking for a dedicated Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team!
As our Treatment Plan Coordinator, you’ll be the vital bridge between the clinical and financial teams. You’ll meet with patients after their exams to review their proposed treatment plans, explain insurance estimates, present financial options, and help them schedule their next steps.
- Review and explain treatment plans and associated costs
- Present insurance benefits, co-pays, and financing options
- Coordinate with dentists and front office to ensure smooth hand-offs
- Track case acceptance and follow up on pending treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation in Eaglesoft
- Support patients with compassion and professionalism throughout their care journey
- Dental or medical office experience preferred (Treatment Plan presentation experience a plus!)
- Working knowledge of dental terminology and insurance
- Proficient with computer systems (Eaglesoft experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
