Associated Dentists has been caring for patients since 1962. The ideal candidate will be someone that values the patient relationship as much as our team does.
- Reviewing treatment plan options with the patients.
- Verify insurance information.
- Calculating insurance benefits and discussing payment options.
- Submitting daily patient claims.
- Submitting pre-authorization requests for treatment, and following up on outstanding claims.
- Reviewing patient accounts.
- Communicating with insurance companies and patients.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Previous dental insurance experience.
- Excellent patient service skills.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment with the utmost attention to detail.
- Works well in a team setting.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to continuously improve and learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
