- Greet and support patients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist the doctor with four-handed dentistry and clinical procedures
- Take precise digital x-rays and impressions
- Maintain accurate and thorough charting using Denticon
- Help manage the schedule in coordination with the front office
- Keep operatories clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
- Sterilize instruments and support daily infection control protocols
- Contribute to morning huddles, chart audits, and recall outreach
- Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Great time management and comfort with dental software
- Familiarity with endo, perio, oral surgery, and restorative procedures is a plus
