The HealthCare Connection may be the perfect fit for you! We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant with a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills to join our Mt. Healthy and Lincoln Heights Health Center locations. This role is critical in supporting dental operations and delivering a positive, comfortable patient experience.

The HealthCare Connection (THCC) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved, underinsured, and uninsured residents of northern Hamilton County since 1967. As Ohio’s first community health center, we are committed to advancing health equity and connecting all individuals to quality care-regardless of income or insurance status.

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
  
• Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and/or EFDA
  
• Record exam findings and maintain accurate documentation
  
• Monitor sterilization cycles and follow infection control protocols
  
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure clinical readiness
  
• Support patient flow and clinic operations
  
• Assist with various dental procedures as needed
  

• High School diploma or GED (required)
  
• Ohio Radiographer�s License (required)
  
• Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent on-the-job training
  
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  
• Familiarity with dental infection control standards (OSHA, CDC, ADA)
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn electronic dental record systems
  
• Team-oriented, flexible, and open to supervision
