As a Dental Assistant on our team, you'll be responsible for:


  • Assisting our doctor during procedures, making temporaries, placing rubber dams & restorations
  • Educating patients on treatment plan recommendations and working with Spear education videos
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans using dental practice management software (Eaglesoft)
  • Administering nitrous oxide, as needed
  • Providing VIP treatment to patients while getting to know them personally
  • Front desk cross-training to assist when needed


Requirements:


  • Dental assistant certificate from an accredited program
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with dentists and other dental professionals
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records
  • Commitment to maintaining strict infection control standards
  • Seeking a permanent position and growth within our office
