- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions across POS, Warehousing, Finance, and CRM.
- Own technical and functional specifications, system design, customization, and documentation.
- Architect scalable, efficient solutions that enhance operations and meet business needs.
- Integrate D365 F&O with other enterprise systems for seamless functionality.
- Optimize system performance through customization and process streamlining.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications, ensuring successful delivery.
- Advise business leaders on system capabilities and potential enhancements.
- Manage third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee full lifecycle implementations, including configuration, testing, migration, and go-live support.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements to align with evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues with minimal disruption.
- Lead, mentor, and support internal teams while managing external contractors and consultants.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, leading complex implementations and system customizations.
- Strong track record managing third-party vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
