Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Cyberspace Readiness and Joint Training Specialist to work for our company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Must possess IT-I security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • Assists with Cyberspace readiness and joint training.
  • Supports all phases of the Joint Training System to include analyzing mission requirements; developing training, objectives, and plans; executing, observing, evaluating training events and conducting ongoing readiness/assessments.
  • Evaluates the readiness reports to determine if they adequately provide sufficient information and helps compile the data into meaningful readiness indicators.
  • Enables and solicits understanding of integrated Cyber and critical mission requirements during times of mission constraints.
  • Proposes Cyberspace courses of action to mitigate risk, preferably, to pre-position the enterprise with acceptable risk mitigation and readiness before any exercise.
  • Assists in making recommendations to leadership and staff concerning updates/changes and in assessment criteria.
  • Assists in preparing for joint training meetings and completing any after actions. Provides lessons learned and after-action reports, tracking integrated actions until closure and escalating to support integrated business risk governance.
  • Provides support using the Government provided automated software tools, when applicable, and IAW the suspense assigned by the Government or through the Government staffing process.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to additional client sites on an as needed basis within the continental U.S.


Requirements:


  • Must possess IT-I security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • Must have one of the following IAT III Certifications: CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in IT/CS.
  • Must have experience designing and executing cyber exercises and joint training events, with deep knowledge of the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) and Joint Training System methodologies.
  • Must have experience assessing cyberspace readiness, developing risk mitigation strategies, and proposing courses of action to ensure mission continuity during cyber incidents or operational constraints.
  • Must have experience evaluating readiness indicators, compiling actionable reports, and effectively briefing leadership on cyber readiness status and after-action findings.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to additional client sites on an as needed basis within the continental U.S.
